Metaverse Applications in Real Estate
The research hub lead, Dr Temidayo, collaborated with Dr Lina Khaddour and other scholars from Chongqing University of Science & Technology and Dongguan University of Technology to deliver the outcome of Dr Temidayo's research. The research focused on metaverse applications in real estate. It covered real estate investment opportunities in the metaverse, the use of blockchain in the metaverse, and property valuation in the metaverse. The research was delivered as a seven-week virtual lecture series to students in China.
