The story

The drummer who listens

In Yoruba towns the gangan does not just keep time. It talks. A drummer squeezes its cords and the drum speaks names, praise and news across the market. Sir Isaac is built on that idea: a consultant who listens to the rhythm of your work, then answers with the beat you need.

Dr Folake teaches Building Economics and Property Valuation at a university in Akure. Year after year she watches final-year students struggle with valuation because they have never stood on a live site. It is 9 p.m. when she opens Sir Isaac, expecting a template.

Instead he asks what she teaches, what she keeps seeing, and what would change if she fixed it. Then he reflects it back:
